Touchscreens

Touchscreens are used for display of graphic user interface EasyHome through  the Internet. There are the most popular variants:

  1. Fixed monitor with the installed interface EasyHome.

  2. Wi-Fi monitor (any tablet PC with Android, iOS, Win8 which works with the software EasyHome).

  3. Embedded room monitor (it is a special touchscreen instead of ordinary switches).

It is not a full assortment as the software EasyHome runs under the all popular OS. If you want to use a special monitor having your own graphical environment, the monitor must support ModbusTCP standard.

 

Embedded Touchscreen 17”

Fixed touchscreen is always situated at the same place and ready to work. It is comfortable placing such a screen at the hall. It is not necessary to look for your smartphone or start EasyHome application in order to check a current status of the system, activate a security alarm system and look at the images from CCTV.

Touchscreen consists of some components:

1.Chassis monitor with touchscreen (360 mm х 295 mm х 50 mm).

2.Diminutive computer nettop with Windows OS (190 mm х 135 mm х 25 mm).

3. Wall-fixing double arm carrier.

Power supply 220V, 60 W.

This touchscreen is a full-function computer with Windows that make it possible to perform the function of the interface for Smart Home and to be a surveillance monitor, networked storage, web gateway for LAN, etc.

You should take into account some moments while project engineering:

1) Make a niche 380mm х 320mm х 150mm (width x height x depth). Additional ventilation is not necessary.

 2) Provide for a decorative frame which will  hide a gap between the screen and the wall and  fix the touchscreen into the wall. The frame can be fixed with the double-sided tape or punched tape to the mounting holes behind the screen. The size of the viewable area is 338 mm x 270 mm. 

 

 

Room Touchscreen 2.8”

It is a fixed touchscreen that takes the place of the ordinary wall switch used for more than 150 years. It is comfortable as it makes it possible not only to control of the light but also to control the room climate and start scenarios for each room, to get alert message.

 

Wireless Wi-Fi Touchscreen 7-10”

You can install the software EasyHome  on any wireless device such as smartphone, tablet PC, laptop, and transform it into Wi-Fi touchscreen for Smart Home System control. Meanwhile the device requirements are minimal. Screen size can be from 7 up to 10’. You can also use your smartphone or tablet PC which you have already had.

Controllers

 A controller is a heart of the whole system. So we use only ultrareliable industrial controllers which are produced according to the advanced standard IEC 61131-3 and having Ethernet interface. Most of the old-established bus-structured systems for building automation (KNX/EIB, LON, С-Bus, etc.) were designed as far back as at the beginning of the electronic boom and nowadays they do not have flexibility, functionality and reliability that is required for modern building. But industrial controllers can realize it. All offered controllers  are compatible with the software EasyHome.

Controller BECKHOFF series BX

This controller is made in Germany. It makes it possible to connect 3 users through Ethernet at the same time. The connection of up to 255 modules of input/output electric signals is possible. It  realizes all the functions of the software EasyHome and makes it possible to operate with IR gateway's connection, air-conditioners, etc. However, its expansion flexibility is not wide enough for specific tasks.

Controller BECKHOFF series CX

This controller is made in Germany. It makes it possible to connect unlimited number of users through Ethernet at the same time. The connection of up to 255 modules of input/output electric signals is possible. It  realizes all the functions of the software EasyHome, has a large memory capacity and make it possible to deal with specific tasks. Apart from that this controller is used in the dispatch systems for data collection from remote systems and other controllers through the Internet.

The module acquires the binary control signals. The module is used to connect wall switches, motion sensors, water leakage sensors and gas detectors and reading of emergency signals and any signals from devices having dry contact or open collector outputs. 8 devices can be connected to 1 module. Module’s input is activated by 24 VDC  voltage supply.

The digital output terminal connects the binary control signals from the automation unit on to the actuators such as heavy-duty relays and contactors, servomotors, signal lamps 24V, etc. А controlling signal is 24VDC, 0.5 A. 8 devices can be connected to 1 module. Module’s input is activated by 24 VDC voltage supply.

Controller Owen 110

The controller has 36 embedded binary inputs (for wall switches, motion sensors, etc) and 24 relay outputs (for control of the light, drives, etc). It has an embedded power supply with 24 VDC output for peripheral devices and extension modules. It supports up to 15 simultaneous users' connections by Ethernet and realizes the all functional capabilities of the software “EasyHome” . It has some expansion flexibility. There are the interfaces RS232 for modem and RS485 fоr IR gateway's connection.

Controller Owen 160

The controller has 8 analog inputs (for temperature and luminance sensors, etc), 4 analog outputs 0-10V (for dimmers and regulators), 24 embedded binary inputs (for wall switches, motion sensors etc) and 16 relay outputs (for control of light, drives, etc). It has an embedded power supply with 24VDC output for peripheral devices and extension modules. It supports up to 15 simultaneous users' connections by Ethernet and realizes the all functional capabilities of the software “EasyHome”. It has some expansion flexibility. There are the interfaces RS232 for modem and RS485 fоr IR gateway's connection.

The module generates signals in the range between 0 to 10 V DC. It is used to control fan rate of rotation, dimmable light including LED strips. Apart from that it is necessary to have special devices which can transform a controlling signal 0-10V into high voltage signals. 8 devices can be connected to 1 module.

The module processes signals in the range between 0 and 10 V DC to some definite devices such as air and floor temperature sensors, humidity sensors and luminance sensors. 8 devices can be connected to 1 module.

3-phase power measurement terminal

The module enables the measurement of all relevant electrical data of the supply network. It realizes a function concerning power control. The data is displayed in the program EasyHome according to each phase. Due to it, you can switch nonpriority electrical appliances off without overshoot of max power consumption. It is also necessary to have current transformers produced by ABB Company, their cost is included into mentioned one.

Sensors

You need plain and inexpensive sensors for an easy and inexpensive system. You can use any sensors having dry contacts, open collector, signals 0-10V, interface RS-485, etc. We produce some of the sensors and offer the smallest price. These are temperature sensors, humidity detectors, luminance sensors, sensor for getting a signal from the intercom Commax, IR transceiver, etc.

All-mode air temperature sensor with analog output of 0-10V

The air temperature sensor has two modifications: from +5 to +50 °C and from -40 to +50°C. Power supply is 12 VDC. It can be installed into the junction box or any other compact box. Dimensions are 38mm х 30mm. Output signal is 0…10V. It also can be used as a base for additional sensors.

Remote floor temperature sensor with analog output of 0-10V

The remote floor temperature sensor has two modifications: from +5 to +50°C and from -40 to +50°C. 

It is connected to the terminal of the air temperature sensor and gets power from it. 

It can be installed outside or into the water inside the hermetic box IP67.

Power supply is 5 VDC.

It is made together a cable up to 5m for installation into the floor.

Combined air temperature and humidity sensor

The combined air temperature and humidity sensor has two modifications for the temperature detector: from +5 to +50°C and from -40 to +50°C. Humidity range is from 0 up to 100%. Power supply is 12 VDC. It can be installed into the junction box or any other compact box. Dimensions are 38mm х 30mm. Output signal is 0…10V for temperature sensor and for humidity one as well. It also can be used as a base for additional sensors, for example floor temperature sensor.

Luminance sensor with output of 0-10V

The luminance sensor has an analog output 0-10V. Power supply is 12 VDC. It can be installed outside and has a transparent dampproof box

Water leakage sensor

Two wire water leakage sensor has an open collector output. Max current is 200 mA/ shunt resistor 4.7 kΩ. Power supply is  12-36 VDC, current is 1μА (alarm off).

Motion sensor

It is an IR motion sensor for security alarm systems. It has a pet Immunity up to 27 kg. Power supply is 12-24 VDC. Operating temperature is from -20 to +50 °C.

A controller can control light, heating, ventilation, wall outlets and other different electrical appliances by means of actuating devices.

Drive of the water heating control

The drive is installed to the radiator or heat-insulated water floor’s header. It controls a hot water flow and makes it possible to change the room temperature.

A binary output of the controller controls the drive by 24 VDC  voltage supply.

The drive is thermoelectric (paraffin) so it is absolutely quiet and does not wear out.

It is made by company Simens (Germany).

It can be normally open or normally closed according to the task.
